Migración Colombia otorga permiso de permanencia y laborales

El pasado 29 de enero Migración Colombia decretó la implementación de medidas para regularizar a los inmigrantes venezolanos que se encuentran en territorio colombiano y no poseen los requisitos de ley.

El Director General de Migración Colombia, Juan Francisco Espinosa, el implementar estas nuevas medidas de dos nuevos Permisos Especiales de Permanencia (PEP) no solo tiene como objetivo identificar a los venezolanos en el país vecino, sino también la incorporación de estos para la productividad del país, de esta forma disminuye la carga prestacional al Estado colombiano y aumenta la seguridad.

El PEP está dirigido específicamente a aquellos venezolanos que ingresaron a territorio Colombiano antes del 29 de noviembre del 2019 y sellaron su pasaporte. Este permiso beneficiaría aproximadamente a 200 mil venezolanos. Su trámite es muy sencillo, solo deben ingresar a la página www.migracioncolombia.gov.co y aplicar en el formulario cuyo nombre es PEP y en conjunto con su documento.

En este mes de febrero se implementará la expedición del Permiso de Permanencia para el Fomento de la Formalización (PEPFF), asimismo, los venezolanos que posean una oferta laboral formal podrán aplicar por un permiso laboral creado por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Migración Colombia, así los inmigrantes caribeños podrán aportar al sistema de seguridad social e incentivando la economía, de la misma forma se estaría generando nueva mano de obra en aquellos sectores productivos que carecen de la misma.

El Director afirmó nuevamente que estos permisos tiene como fin regularizar la migración venezolana en Colombia, también incrementar la seguridad.
