Cómo es el empleo informal de Inmigrantes venezolanos en Perú?

La llegada tan masiva de los venezolanos, específicamente en América Latina tiene como consecuencias los trabajos sin contratos a los venezolanos e incluso con horario laboral mayor a los locales.

Datos de Crónica Uno afirman que según datos de Acnur, hay más de 860 mil venezolanos en Perú, pero solo 40 mil tienen contrato formal en los trabajos. La mayoría, el 92% de los inmigrantes caribeños, a pesar de estar trabajando, es de forma informal y sin contratos.

Condiciones desfavorables

Sin embargo, aunque la mayoría esté empleado y de forma ilegal, no tienen los mismos beneficios que los venezolanos que tienen contratos, así como los mismos locales, ya que no cuentan con servicios médicos ni derechos laborales, es decir, sus condiciones no son favorables.

Los contratos informales son verbales o simplemente no existen. Asimismo el 94,8% de las actividades laborales no tienen vínculo alguno con su profesión.

Desde el 2017 que los venezolanos llegaron al Perú más seguido, el 70% de estos inmigrantes eran calificados y contaban con estudios superiores, en 2018 esta cifra bajó a 40% y este año 2019 solo el 33% de los inmigrantes venezolanos cuentan con algún estudio superior o técnico. El Banco Mundial declara que esta población no está siendo aprovechada.

Permiso de permanencia y refugiados

Datos de Acnur informan que de los 4,6 millones de venezolanos en el exterior trabajando, solo 2,1 millones tiene permiso de permanencia y estancia regular. Además de esto, los venezolanos solicitan refugios o asilos para tener un lugar seguro, Acnur refleja que aproximadamente 700 mil han solicitado condición de refugiado, explicando que esto se debe al agotarse procesos y medidas excepcionales, así como permisos temporales.

Cada vez hay mayores restricciones para los inmigrantes caribeños al querer llegar a otro país, y entrar de forma irregular trae como consecuencia mayor xenofobia, inseguridad e incluso deportación.
